- Breast Cancer: as adjuvant treatment of node-positive breast cancer and for treatment of metastatic breast carcinoma.
- Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): in combination with cisplatin for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
- AIDS-Related Kaposi’s Sarcoma: for patients with advanced AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma who have failed prior liposomal anthracycline therapy.
