Indications
- Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer – Used in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for newly diagnosed high risk metastatic hormone-sensitive cancer.
- Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer – Asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patients after failure of ADT, where chemotherapy is not yet indicated. Patients whose disease has progressed after docetaxel-based chemotherapy.
