Indications
- Cancers of the Blood and Lymph System: for treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
- Breast and Ovarian Cancers: as component of adjuvant therapy for breast cancer and for treatment of metastatic breast and ovarian carcinomas.
- Solid Tumors in Adults and Children: in combination with other agents for treatment of Wilms’ tumor, neuroblastoma, and soft tissue and bone sarcomas.
- Bladder and Gastric Cancers: for treatment of transitional cell bladder carcinoma and in regimens for advanced or metastatic gastric carcinoma.
