Indications

• Colorectal Cancer: for adjuvant treatment of Dukes’ C colon cancer and first-line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
• Breast Cancer: for patients with metastatic breast cancer, both in combination with docetaxel and as monotherapy for anthracycline-resistant disease.
• Gastric Cancer: as part of combination regimen for treatment of advanced gastric, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
• Pancreatic Cancer: in combination with gemcitabine for first-line treatment of patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer.
