6. Functional Links:   HR, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Senior Management teams

7.   Purpose of the Position:    

This is an on-site, full-time role for an IT & Graphic Assistant based in Lahore. The incumbent will support both IT operations and creative design activities, ensuring smooth digital workflows and visually engaging company materials. The role requires proficiency in graphic software, IT troubleshooting, and collaborative support for company branding, presentations, and digital communications.

The IT & Graphic Assistant will contribute to strengthening Amgomed’s digital presence while maintaining internal IT infrastructure efficiency.

8.   Responsibilities:    

• Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and maintaining office systems.
• Design creative content including product literature, marketing posts, presentations, and internal communication materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to develop digital campaigns and promotional artwork aligned with company branding guidelines.
• Ensure consistent use of the Amgomed design identity across all materials and platforms.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and updating of company systems, backups, and databases under supervision.
• Assist in managing digital assets, data protection, and IT documentation.
• Stay updated with modern design and IT tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Support in video editing, animations, and corporate visuals when required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager to support IT and creative operations.

9.   Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certification or proven experience in Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.) preferred.
• Basic understanding of network systems and computer troubleshooting.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
