  2. Duty Station: Lahore
  3. Fieldwork: Extensively required
  4. Directly Reports to: Business/Oncology Manager
  5. Salary & Benefits: Corresponding to the market benchmarking and employment history
  6. Functional Links: Including but not limited to the Marketing team, the financial team, senior management, clients, and customers
  7. Purpose of the Position:

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Oncology Sales Associate based in Lahore. The Oncology Sales Associate will be responsible for executing business plans, conducting hospital sales, and driving sales of oncology products. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, engaging in sales activities, and achieving set targets to contribute to the growth and success of our oncology division. While complying with the regulatory framework and company policies, the incumbent is expected to drive growth and enhance business performance. The Associate also plays a key role in relationship management with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business growth plans to achieve company objectives
  • Carry out daily field sales activities as assigned by the line manager
  • Adhere to the Company’s work structure and processes, ensure that day-to-day operations are planned and coordinated smartly/efficiently, resolve any issues that may arise, and identify areas of improvement to implement business and process optimization strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation
  • Acquire and demonstrate inclusive and cohesive team-player attributes, provide assistance to the line manager and team members, ensuring productivity and efficiency, and address the Company’s business growth needs
  • Maximize the efficiency of set budgets while keeping in view financial performance across budget management, forecasting, and cost control
  • Participate in professional development activities, creating a positive work culture that promotes motivation and team cohesion
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, analysing data to assess market trends, competition, and potential business opportunities
  • Ensure strict compliance with organizational policy frameworks i.e., HR & code of conduct, financial management, procurement, IT, logistics, administration, and pharma SOPs, standards of transparency, accountability, safeguarding, safety, security, and risk mitigation
  • In addition to the above-mentioned duties, perform tasks to achieve targets and the Company’s growth objectives
  1. Qualifications
  • B-Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field
  • Basic experience in oncology sales is a plus
  • Experience in Hospital Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Planning and organizational skills
